Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal was built between 1631 and 1654 In Agra, India. It is a mausoleum constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved third wife. It reportedly took some 20,000 artisans, craftsmen and laborers to complete the entire project, which is made up of other structures besides the iconic main building. Continue reading
